I was surprised when I researched moalboal on the internet to see so many dive shops in Panagsama
Yes I said dive shops sence I don’t see them as resorts , a street full of bars, Restaurant an dive shops is the center of Panagsama

Its well known that things are cheaper here in the philippines but few tourist really know what those cost are on the local markets,Would you belive car insurance for 16 dollars per year Electrical an water for under 20 dollars a month but food that’s a whole new ball game
The most expensive things here are food, I have to assume sence your reading this that you don’t think of coming to the philippines an assist on fish an rice ,god fish is expensive now an I really don’t know how many local family continue to survive
To come here on your vacation I would belive you should budit at least 10 dollars per meal , oh I do know you could do it for less but do you really want to.
After all it is your vacation , I know some back packer come here an back pack thur asian trying to see just how cheep they can do it, let me tell you moalboal is a tourism industry an your not going to get to far if you try that here.
You got to belive that ever thing on these resorts menu had to come from the town an possible from cebu city this makes them even more expensive.
